Mr. S Nagarajan

aged 73 years, is the Whole-Time Director, designated as the Executive Vice Chairman of our Company. He is a chartered accountant and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountant of India and a company secretary and member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. Mr. Nagarajan has over 45 years of experience in the banking, automobile and financial services industry. He was the joint managing director of IndusInd Bank Limited for over three years. Mr. Nagarajan started his career at Ashok Leyland Limited, and held the position of managing director at Ashok Leyland Finance Limited (which subsequently merged with IndusInd Bank Limited) for several years. He is responsible for the management of our Company’s day to day affairs, giving directions on policy related matters and monitoring their compliance.

Mr. Sachin Pillai

Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Sachin Pillai is the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of the company. He has been associated with India's banking & financial sector for more than two decades. He holds a bachelor's degree in business administration in marketing from Sardar Patel University and a master's degree in business administration from Chakravarti Rajagopalachari Institute of Management. With extensive experience in financial services, he has been instrumental in establishing and implementing strategic initiatives focused on business development, identifying growth opportunities, analyzing market trends, and leveraging data-driven insights for decision-making. Before joining the Company, he held leadership roles at Reliance Capital Limited as Executive Vice President and Group Business Head and at HDFC Bank Limited as Vice President. Over the years, Mr. Sachin has diversified his expertise into steering businesses across cycles, with a strong background of risk management, product development & organization building.

Mr.Vikas jain

Chief Financial Officer

aged 39 years, is the Chief Financial Officer of our Company. He was appointed as the Chief Financial Officer on September 9, 2022. He is a Qualified Chartered Accountant and has 16 years of rich audit experience and has been serving as Head – Internal Audit since October, 2018. He has been earlier associated with Bajaj Finserv, Pune where he was heading Corporate Audit for Bajaj Housing Finance. During his tenure at Bajaj Finserv, he played a key role to set corporate audit processes and manage audits of all business and functions. Prior to this, he had a 5 years stint with Price Waterhouse Coopers, Mumbai as part of Assurance advisory group for financial services. He has core expertise in compliance, process and system audit domains.

is the Company Secretary of our Company. She was appointed as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company on December 21, 2023. She is a Qualified Company Secretary and Lawyer. She has 16 years of experience in the field of Company Secretaryship and Compliance. She was earlier associated with Northern Arc Capital Limited for 12 years where she was designated as the Company Secretary. Prior to that she was Company Secretary of Easyaccess Financial Services Limited for 2 years. She has core expertise in the compliance, secretarial and legal domains, especially for NBFCs.
